WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In the event that you receive your goods and find them to be damaged upon opening your parcel, please immediately take a photo and send to our team along with your order number. Once we have received the item back, you will be issued a refund or store credit of the product amount plus cost of the return shipping.
We do not offer refunds for variations in colour or shape. Please remember that crystals at their core are a natural item and that in nature, variations happen. For 'change of mind' and product variation returns, you are entitled to a store credit of the product amount within 30 days of your dispatch date. You will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We offer e-gift cards that you can send to your loved ones with a message attached.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently, on our website, we accept card details as well as PayPal through our secure checkout.
In our stores, we accept both card and cash payments.
Afterpay is also now available in person and online so you can buy now and pay later!
We think everyone should be able to have access to spirituality and decor items that uplift your space.
