SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
You will have the option before checkout to choose standard or express shipping.
We are working on adding pickup locations to our site.
Once posted, the shipping process is out of our hands. As such, we cannot control how long your order takes.
Please refer to the tracking number provided to follow up on your order directly through the courier.

RETURNS
In the event that you receive your goods and find them to be damaged upon opening your parcel, please immediately take a photo and send to our team along with your order number. Once we have received the item back, you will be issued a refund or store credit of the product amount plus the cost of the return shipping.

We do not offer refunds for variations in colour or shape. Please remember that crystals at their core are a natural item and that in nature, variations happen. For 'change of mind' and product variations, you are entitled to a store credit of the product amount if claimed withing 30 days of your dispatch date, your exchange will be available to you once we receive the item. You will be required to cover return shipping costs.

We use third-party banking to verify payment but do not share your payment details.
