Using Crystals in your Every Day Life

Here's the thing, not everyone buying crystals is embarking on a spiritual journey full of spells, manifestation and meditation. Sometimes we buy a crystal simply because it is pretty and that is completely fine!

The thing I love most about crystals is their beauty and the knowledge that they were crafted by our earth over such long periods of time. In the simplest of ways to put it, they are pretty rocks, a crystallised collection of minerals in all different colours and shapes. Whether you believe in crystals on a metaphysical level or just think they are pretty it is okay and crystals are for you!

Crystal Jewellery

The most common way that I see crystal lovers new and old using their crystals is by wearing it as jewellery! Crystals can be turned into chips or beads and made into bracelets, pendants can be made from all shapes of crystals and rings can be made from smaller crystals - polished or raw, encapsulated in metal or wire. My general rule of thumb is left hand = energy in / right hand = energy out, but as with all things crystals, this is up to the discretion of the buyer.

Crystal Décor

Can't wear jewellery or haven't found something you like? Bigger crystals can be purchased just as they are or polished and used as a styling point in the home. Styled on top of a book with your favourite candle can make for a great focus point and chill out zone in the home specially accompanied by a range of plants and greenery lo liven up a space.

Crystals On The Go

Always on the move? You can keep a few crystals in the car or your handbag to bring those good vibes wherever you go. Some retailers are selling crystals with clips attached to add some pizzazz to your air vents, we don't recommend having lose crystals in the car as these can become dangerous in the event of an accident.
